oh where do i begin with this so-called 4-star hotel? first off, the air conditioning was unbelievably loud, making sleep an absolute nightmare. and can we talk about the fact that i didn’t even get a complimentary bottle of water? i almost gave a good review, but this place is simply not worth it.

Air conditioning in rooms needs better performance!!! The mini-bar is poorly stocked and often empty!!! High parking fees compared to surrounding areas seem unreasonable!!! The hotel lacks modern in-room amenities that travelers expect!!!

the relexa is a really good hotel! the rooms are spacious and have great facilities. breakfast offered a variety of options, and my kids loved the free gummy bears. the fitness club with sauna and steam room was a nice touch for relaxation after a busy day.

I was super impressed with how spotless our room was and the cocktails at the bar were a delightful surprise! The spa has a lovely sauna and a relaxing steam room that helped me unwind after a busy day. The only downside was the somewhat dated carpet in the room, but overall, it didn’t take away from my great experience. 😊

Comfortable room, convenient location, with a friendly staff who ensured easy access to a tram station just 300 m away for quick transport to the city center and offered a good variety of breakfast options to start the day right.
